Music Director
Poulsbo First Lutheran Church (PFLC) is searching for a part-time (40hrs or fewer/mo) music director
who will lead congregants in strengthening community and sharing the love of Jesus through the intrinsic power of music. Duties include conducting a vibrant adult choir, connecting with the Kitsap community, and expanding PFLC’s experience of music in worship. Salary range $20/hr (entry level)- $35 (DOQ), with room for advancement and other compensation, including PTO.

Intergenerational and Community Ministry
Poulsbo First Lutheran Church (PFLC) is searching for a full-time Intergenerational and Community
Ministry Director who will lead congregants in connecting with young people, building community where there is none, expanding and strengthening existing intergenerational communities, and connecting generations in their purpose to share the love of Jesus across the world. Preferred experience includes familiarity with being in the online space; familiarity with a Lutheran understanding of scripture, faith, and God; and an understanding of how to make connections among diverse people.

Salary/benefit package based on Southwestern Washington Synod Minister of Word and Service guidelines, adjusted DOQ (roster status, education, experience, and other life experience).
